What is Paint Protection Film (PPF)
An invisible urethane film that protects your motorcycle's paint from unsightly damage and maximises re-sale value. Some of its features include Self Healing, Stain Resistance and Superior Optical Clarity.
Unfortunately, this is an all too familiar sight on modern day BMW motorcycle paintwork...... damaged due riding wear and tear!
This low mileage (only 403 miles) BMW R nineT Pure, ordered in the ‘Option719 Pollux Metallic / Lightwhite’ colour scheme has already begun to show signs of wearing in the lacquer topcoat from only normal riding. This common damage, caused by clothing knee rub, would have been avoided if a Tony James Designs R nineT designed Tank PPF kit had been installed before riding.
Our kits are designed for straightforward application and come with a fitting kit (slip solution spray bottle – Install Squeegee) and instructions. Film supplied in our motorcycle PPF kits is XPEL Ultimate Plus for gloss finish paint colour and or XPELStealth for matte/satin paint finishes.
